ROCHESTER - Medway City Estate

M2CityLink completed in late 2021 – totalling over 132,000 sq ft and 83% pre-let to Argos/Sainsbury’s, Selco Builder Centres, Wurth and BPS. The project was pre-funded with Federated Hermes and is L3P’s largest project to date.

GATESHEAD - Team Valley

Contracts have been exchanged with Sainsbury’s for the long leasehold purchase of a site at Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead, at the junction with the A1. Contracts have also been exchanged with a national builders merchants chain for the entire development, with a resolution to grant planning now obtained, subject to a S.106, we hope to be onsite in summer 2024.

WALLINGFORD - Lupton Road

Totalling over 18,000 sq ft, this development was completed in December 2020 and was 100% pre-let to MKM Building Supplies Ltd and Howdens Joinery. The scheme was pre-funded by LondonMetric.
