GATESHEAD - Team Valley 2023
Contracts have been exchanged with Sainsbury’s for the long leasehold purchase of a site at Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead, at the junction with the A1. Contracts have also been exchanged with a national builders merchants chain for the entire development. A resolution to grant planning permission, subject to a S.106 has been obtained and we hope to be on site in summer 2024.
MEDWAY - M2CITYLINK Medway City Estate, Rochester
In 2021 we completed a new industrial development totalling over 132,000 sq ft at Anthony’s Way on the Medway City Estate in Rochester. M2CityLink included a trade park of over 60,000 sq ft, fronting the estate. Trade pre-lets included a 30,000 sq ft unit for Selco and trade counters for Wurth and BPS. has been pre-let to Selco Builder Centres. The scheme was pre-funded by Federated Hermes.
WALLINGFORD - Trademarq Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Our Trademarq Wallingford development totalling 18,000 sq ft was finally completed in December 2020, having been delayed due to the lockdown. The scheme was 100% pre-let to Howdens and MKM Building Supplies and was pre-funded by LondonMetric Retail.
DOVER - Trademarq, Honeywood Parkway
Construction of Trademarq Dover was completed in 2018 and comprises units for Subway, Eurocell, Brewers and Action Carpets on Honeywood Parkway. Lok ‘n’ Store purchased around 50% of the site from L3P and their unit is now open for business. The development was sold to private investors.
WESTWOOD CROSS - Kent - PHASE 1
Trademarq Westwood, in Ramsgate, opened at the end of 2015 and was pre-let to Formula One Autocentres, Toolstation, Edmundson Electrical and Carpets 4 Less. The scheme is very prominently located on the A256 opposite a new Sainsbury’s and the 470,000 sq. ft Westwood Cross shopping and leisure centre. The development was funded entirely by L3P and the completed project was sold to private investors.
WESTWOOD CROSS - Kent - PHASE 2
Phase 2 was been completed with a new stand-alone unit of 10,000 sq ft let to The Gym Group. Work commenced on site in March 2017 and completed in September. The investment was pre-sold to private investors.
